The OC Callout system was initally developed for emergency services. Departments needed a way to contact specific individuals when the need arised. Instead of picking up the phone and calling each person or texting everyone and trying to keep track of all the replies we came up with a system to handle it all. Each user creates a login and decides how they want to be contacted. An Admin user logs in and selects the people they need. The system contacts the user based on what the user selected in their profile. SMS (text message), emails, or phone calls. The system sends the links for the user to easily click to get the info they are assigned to and allows them to pick an ETA. While all the users are enroute the Admin can update the details of the call and each user gets updated information via text. The user can instantly see the updated information. The system is very user friendly and can be used from any browser or smart phone. The system also has a full calendar built in allowing each user to enter their schedule so the Admin can easily see who is available when selecting users to callout.
Privacy/Terms of Serivce
OCCallout has a simple privacy policy. We allow you to provide whatever info you want to be contacted at. Cell phone, home phones, email. We never sell or transfer any of this data and it is only stored until you remove it. No changes or history is stored. At no time will any information on this site or provided to this site be shared with anyone. All your information is stored locally and secured. You will never receive any ads, marketing or solicitations. The information you provide is used only used so that you get notified when you are requested/assigned to a callout/critical issue. At anytime you can login to your profile and modify your contact preferences or delete them if you no longer want to be notified.
